- Dough:
- 500g bread flour
- 325ml water
- 10g salt
- 7g instant yeast
- 20ml olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves

Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in water and let it sit for a few minutes.
